College Celebrates International Education Week

November, 2016

Tompkins Cortland Community College will host a series of activities November 14-18 as part of International Education Week.

What’s your Global Connection? Photobooth!
Monday, November 14 | 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. | INFO Desk at the Main Entrance

Share your connection to the world at the photo booth and see your picture around campus. All participants will be automatically entered to win a raffle prize!

International Student Panel
Monday, November 14 | Noon to 1 p.m. | Student Center

Listen to current international students discussing their experiences in their country of origin and at Tompkins Cortland. Moderated by Professor Kelly Wessell and Professor Tina Stavenhagen-Helgren.

We Are Global Showcase
Wednesday, November 16 | Noon to 2 p.m. | Lower Cafeteria

Check out a number of Tompkins Cortland student-led booths with information, games, music, language, demonstrations, and food connected to the following counties: Bosnia, Brazil, China, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, Myanmar, and more! The winner of the raffle will be announced at the end of the showcase.
