Journal of Leadership Education Publishes Article by Tompkins Cortland Adjunct Faculty

Adjunct faculty member Rehema Underwood has been published. Underwood, who teaches psychology at Tompkins Cortland and two other univerisities, co-authored “Attachment Styles, Leadership Behavior, and Employee Perceptions of Leadership Behavior in Academic Management” with David Mohr and Michelle Ross, both from Walden University. The article appears in the current issue of the Journal of Leadership Education, an online journal published in association with the Association of Leadership Educators.
The article, which followed a study of the relationships between attachment styles and leadership styles, provided results that may help leaders recognize the relationship between their attachment style and their ability to increase organizational effectiveness and to decrease turnover.
