A healthy campusHealth Services

With a mixture of Tompkins Cortland staff and students grunting and pulling and screaming encouragement to each other during a lunchtime game of tug of war in the Tompkins Trust Company Multi-purpose Room, one thing was clear: The Office of Health Services was succeeding in its mission to promote health living on campus. Through a variety of programs administered as part of the group Ten-Point Plan, health services is making significant strides in improving "Panther Pride," and strengthening connections between students, staff, faculty, and community. On any day, visitors might find Panthers running an obstacle course in the athletic facility, getting tips on nutrition, or chatting with a health educator about making the kinds of decisions that support the College mission and the student's mission: Success.
